Sehr geehrte Besucher,

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin aufgewachsen in Neustadt, (Ex) Metzger in 3.Generation und betreibe seit 2014 (auf Booking seit 2017) mit sehr viel Spaß an dieser Arbeit meine Ferienwohnung.

Sehr wichtig und eine Selbstverständlichkeit sind mir Sauberkeit, Service und Freundlichkeit und meine Gäste happy zu sehen. Ich treibe gern Sport, bin Petrolhead egal ob Bike oder Auto (die Betonung, liegt auf Petrol),  halte das Haus gerne in Schuss und mag Urlaub im Süden vorzugsweise in der Toskana.

Auf die Idee mit der Ferienwohnung kam ich durch eine lange Freundschaft in der Toskana wo ich nebenbei u.a. auch sehr viel über Hotellerie lernte.

Daher auch der Italienische Name der Ferienwohnung. Für Vorschläge was Verbesserungen betrifft habe ich jedoch immer ein offenes Ohr und versuche diese, wenn möglich auch sofort in die Tat umzusetzen.

Evtl auf bald? Oder wie die Italiener sagen: Ci vediamo presto

Briefly about me: I grew up in Neustadt, am a 3rd generation (former) butcher and have been running my holiday apartment since 2014 and really enjoy this work.

Very important to me and a matter of course are cleanliness, service and friendliness and seeing my guests happy. My hobbies include motorcycles and sports.

I came up with the idea of the holiday apartment through a long friendship in Tuscany, where I also learned a lot about the hotel industry, among other things.

Hence the Italian name of the holiday apartment. However, I am always open to suggestions for improvements and try to implement them immediately if possible.

Cari visitatori,

Brevemente su di me: sono cresciuto a Neustadt, sono un (ex) macellaio di terza generazione e gestisco il mio appartamento per le vacanze dal 2014  e mi piace molto questo lavoro.

Per me sono molto importanti e ovvi la pulizia, il servizio, la cordialità e la soddisfazione dei miei ospiti. 

I miei hobby includono motociclette e sport.

L'idea dell'appartamento per le vacanze mi è venuta attraverso una lunga amicizia in Toscana, dove ho imparato molto, tra le altre cose, anche sul settore alberghiero.

Da qui il nome italiano dell'appartamento per vacanze. Tuttavia, sono sempre aperto a suggerimenti per miglioramenti e cerco di implementarli immediatamente, se possibile.
