Centrally yet quietly located in the back building of a historic building ensemble. Currently freshly renovated surroundings (end of construction work 02/24).
The 51m2 non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor can be reached via stairs.
In the living-sleeping area, on one side offers you a comfortable sofa, LCD satellite TV, DVD, stereo system and, on the other side a high-quality Tempur bed invite you to rest and relax. Separate from this is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. 2 toilets separate from the shower room. The apartment is equipped with laminate flooring and, like the building, is continually maintained. Free WiFi hotspot.
There is a patio for smokers with seating as well as a home gym for sports enthusiasts.
For guests arriving by car, a underground parking space (not included) is available 50m away upon request (availability may be slightly limited from february 2024). The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Occupancy for 3 people is possible. For that a folding bed will be added in the sleeping area.
Due to animal hair allergies, pets are not permitted. Minimum age 18 years.
Vicinity
A bakery in the front building. Lidl is 200m away. In just 4 minutes you can walk to the pedestrian zone, the beautiful historic market square with fountain, many restaurants, cafés, pubs, or the weekly market (April-October 3x/week) as well as the Romanesque/Gothic collegiate church.
Interesting for train travelers: The main station, like the Saalbau, is only a 7 minute walk away.
Wolfsburg, the Palatinate Forest with its huts and much more. invite you to go hiking and are, so to speak, on your doorstep. Speyer, Edenkoben, Bad Dürkheim, the idyllic Helmbachweiher in the Elmstein Valley or the small but lovely Mussbach outdoor pool can be easily reached by bike.
Neustadt/Wstr as "The Pearl of the Palatinate" is located in one of the most pleasant climatic areas, also known as Germany's Tuscany.
A big thank you to all guests for their patience during the construction phase, which lasted over 2 years Road renovation (and the associated occasional sometimes negative reviews regarding the location)
